Situated in Zakynthos Town, 1.9 km from Zante Town Beach and 200 metres from Agios Dionysios Church, Karydakis Properties features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. This recently renovated holiday home is located 700 metres from Port of Zakynthos and 1.6 km from Byzantine Museum. The property is soundproof and is set 1.5 km from Dionisios Solomos Square. The property was very clean and modern. The furniture was well laid out so you felt very comfortable. The cute backyard with the hammock was a great touch. The location was very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants very close, as well as the port. I would be happy to book this property again.

The host was very nice, and give us good advice for places to see and do on the island. The yard is very nice placed in a quiet part of Laganas.

A dishwasher, an oven and microwave are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. This place makes me regret some of the ratings in the past, that I graded with 10. To be fair compared to that, this would definitely be at least an 11. Really cosy villa with 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom and terrace access. The host went beyond expectations in order to meet all our demands. Thank you very much.

This holiday home provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The holiday home features garden views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. Everything was great. The Garden is amazing, so beautiful. The owners very nice, they helped us make a barbecue and offered sweets and homemade pie. The house has everything you could need. We also cooked there. There is also air conditioning in both bedrooms. The bed was so comfortable and nice pillows as well. Cleaning was done everyday and towels and bedding changes every two days.

There is a very nice beach right near in 5' walk (not Gerakas), very rocky, very good for snorkeling, with hundreds of various fish, one will never see even when going doing scuba. From the gate take it to the left for 50m, than visavis the 2nd private gate you will see a trail that is not marked but it goes directly to this beach.

There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. It is a perfect place for someone who is after cozy, traditional Greek place. The location is far from tourist stress, and you can feel yourself surrounded my nature. The owner is really friendly and helpful. We knew we would get something special but it was way better than we expected. I definitely want to go back there one day. Loved it!

We have spent only one night in this paradise, but honestly it was exceptional!! The place is just amazing. Our suite inside and outside was like from a dream.. the room, the terrace, the view, the privacy and such quiet and peaceful environment all day and all night! We woke up with an amazing sunrise, the view was just perfect from the bed:)
