Great location with an excellent restaurant right across the street - Halfway House. We went there 3 times! Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The villas were cleaned every day, the pool was so nice after a hot day out and about, and the rooms/beds/AC were very comfortable.

The villa, the garden, location, service and hospitality has been perfect. We felt welcome and home from the first time we entered. The location is in the middle of a green area on the island and a great base to travel around the island. Small restaurants close by and a 15 min drive from Zakynthos city. For active people there are great areas for hiking or a good walk. The property is well equipped, cosy and clean. The garden is fully closed off by a gate you feel secure and can park your car direct to your villa. Most important are the hosts, they are hard working , friendly and welcoming and makes you want to visit again.

Athenea Villas, Private Pools & Gardens is a traditional Ionian-style complex, just 500 metres from the beach. It offers country-style accommodation with free WiFi and views over the Ionian Sea. Owner of the apartment was very polite, friendly and helpful. Views are amazing and awesome. Less people on the beach and restaurants, calm atmosphere overall.
