Our stay at this apartment was by far the best experience we had in Croatia. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He greeted us upon arrival, assisted us with finding free parking, helped with our luggage, and was exceptionally friendly and polite. He even left a thoughtful welcome surprise in the fridge. The apartment itself was excellent. Both rooms were well-equipped with all necessary amenities, offering ample space and comfortable beds. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything needed. The location was ideal: a good, affordable restaurant was very close to the entrance, and the old town (notably featured in "Game of Thrones") was just a 10-minute walk away. The nearest beach was a 7-minute drive. I would highly recommend this apartment not only for its excellent conditions but also for the owner's dedication to ensuring a memorable stay for his guests.

Unique, spacious, gorgeous apartment located along the waterfront gave our family (parents + 3 young adult children) a chance to spread out after traveling together for a week. Three bathrooms, three bedrooms, well appointed, and convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and an easy walk from the ferry stop. Easy access into the unit and great communication from the hosts. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent – you can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets even from the window, and you can go swimming right next to the house. The house is well-maintained and well-equipped, and the host is very kind and easy to communicate with. I'd love to come back here again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel very welcome. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. It’s clear that he truly cares about making guests feel comfortable. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool is fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for enjoying sunny days. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept so well every night, which is so important when you’re on vacation. One of the things we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature, with plenty of birds singing in the morning – it was such a lovely and calming experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great hospitality. We hope to come back in the future!

We stayed 5 days in this modern, super clean, and beautiful villa. First of all, the villa is spotless. You won’t find a single fingerprint anywhere when you check in. The windows are so crystal clear that my kids twice didn’t even realize there was glass! The owner, Mr. Mladen, is incredibly kind and friendly. Both Mladen and Domagoj do their absolute best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Mladen loves to talk and share stories about his villa, Croatia, food — pretty much everything. He’s such a warm and huggable person. The villa has a comfortable, warm jacuzzi and a heated pool with a perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. You get plenty of towels — not just one per person for the whole stay, but enough for several days, which is really nice. There’s a Nespresso machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — beautiful glasses, plates, dishes, all new and of high quality. We also loved the villa’s location. We had done our homework beforehand, so we knew exactly what to expect. Complaining about the location afterward just doesn’t make sense — do your research and you’ll appreciate it as we did. A little tip: the house right in front of the pool sells fresh olive oil at a very decent price — definitely buy some, it’s amazing! And finally, we were deeply touched by Mr. Mladen’s thoughtful gesture — he brought us a lovely gift at the end of our stay, and even had presents for our children. That meant a lot to us. Overall, a wonderful experience — spotless villa, kind people, and warm hearts. We will definitely come back!

Very well-equipped apartment with everything you need for your holiday, the size was quite big, plenty of room for the family with 3 kids, nice view, very nice owners.

Villa Olea Lux Bol se află la aproximativ mai puțin de 1 km de Plaja Zlatni rat și pune la dispoziție vedere la munte, o terasă și o piscină în aer liber sezonieră. Great place to stay for the summer holidays with kids - great location near beach with your own swimming pool. It is 5 minute walk to Golden horn beach and to amazing promenada. Host Mr Tonci top man, always assisted us if needed with some good advices and tips for the island.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, brand-new house! The house is stylishly decorated and furnished with high-quality furniture – you can really feel the attention to detail everywhere. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with everything you could possibly need – you could even bake a cake on holiday if you wanted to! Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Having both a washing machine and a dryer (which is quite rare!) was a real bonus. The box-spring beds offer a firm and very comfortable sleeping surface – we slept wonderfully. A real highlight is the stunning sea view and the heated pool, which made our holiday feel extra special. The neighbors are very friendly, so you immediately feel at home. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. Daniel was always available via WhatsApp and took great care of everything – thank you so much! A small suggestion for improvement: fly screens would be a great addition. Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect – we would love to come back!
