With one word - Breathtaking! I've never been in a better hotel. The stuff is very professional, always smiling, helpful, asking if you have everything you need. Rooms are beautiful, always super clean, bonus is a 15 min. voucher for foot massage and morning hike to the rice fields included in the hotel price. Very delicious food in the restaurant, epic view of mount Agung during sunrise. You can also order breakfast into the pool. I experienced in this hotel also the best massage in my life. And the last thing is the hotel is exclusive but still cozy. A few bungalllows, so there is a big chance soubor have the view from pool just for yourselves.

Even though the hotel is close to a very busy road, it was very quiet and peaceful! The pool was excellent and the air-conditioning was better than it normally is in the hotels in Bali ! An all round excellent couple of days just a shame it wasn't longer !

I like this place. Very friendly staff, free transfer to Pandawa beach and store. Huge, clean villa, great wi fi, 80-90 m/sec, each villa has its own wi-fi router. If you need something extra, you can always ask the staff and you will get this. Two air conditioners in the villa.

The best location in Padangbai. Outside the busy and not so clean Padangbai. The taxi service is really outstanding, they will bring and pick-up you everywhere around Padangbai. The views from the village are really beatiful, not only the sea but also mount agung.

Villa was beautiful. But to be honest, it was the staff that made the stay amazing. They were all so kind and lovely. They even got her some cake and sang happy birthday to my partner around 10:45pm once we had returned from dinner in Ubud. Super cute and genuine.

I chose the location to be away from the crowds and I really wanted the forest outlook. I got exactly what I was hoping for, beautiful accommodation looking out to the lush valley, sounds of nature and birds all around. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, very accomodating and easy to contact via WhattsApp chat at all times. My villa was stunning and my private infinity pool perfect. The locals were also very friendly and I ate out locally for lunch and dinners but as the wonderful breakfasts were provided and delivered to my villa I was always in for that, fresh and healthy options.
