Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From the beautifully maintained surroundings to the impeccable service, every moment felt special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This villa retreat was everything as promised -excellent view , calming , clean and insect free. The staff was super accommodating, courteous and ready to cater to any request we made at whatever time. The staff was always there for our commute between the villa and the main street. This was our last stop in bali and perhaps the most pleasant stay out of all 3 places we stayed . Do give this place a chance if u want a private place to enjoy yourself. Honestly id prefer this place over the five star hotels we stayed in bali. 10/10 recommended

I had booked it as a special getaway to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday, and the staff truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to create a magical experience, showing an impressive level of attention to detail and care that made us feel genuinely pampered. The staff was incredibly responsive, staying in constant contact with us on mobile for any needs we had during our stay. They arranged everything we requested, and even anticipated needs we hadn’t thought of! For the birthday celebration, they surprised us with a beautiful complimentary cake, decorated our villa with colorful balloons, and made us feel like VIPs. The floating breakfast they prepared was absolutely incredible—delicious, beautifully presented, and such a unique experience to have in our private pool, overlooking the jungle. The villa itself is a masterpiece. Inspired by Japanese design, every corner of the room felt thoughtfully designed and luxurious. From the sleek shower to the small touches like high-quality bath products and shampoo, they had everything to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The bed was of outstanding quality, ensuring we had restful nights, and the room was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The infinity pool was hands-down one of the highlights, offering jaw-dropping views of the lush jungle surroundings. We spent hours just floating and enjoying the peace and beauty around us. The location of the villa is a perfect balance—nestled peacefully in the jungle for a secluded feel, yet close enough to central Ubud for easy access to explore the town’s vibrant culture and cuisine. Every detail of our stay was perfect, and The Clifton Ubud Valley Villas exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is incredible, the staff are very friendly and helpful, it was my husband's birthday and as a surprise they sang happy birthday with a cake. The rooms are excellent great breakfast, lots of variety I highly recommend it
