They picked me up from the airport and made me Pisang goreng with cheese on top. I had never tasted this banana fried before, and now I am addicted to it. If you want rustic, natural, and friendly, then this is a great place to be. I love it.

Here you can see the Ikat weaving process, beautiful Marapu traditions and architecture and general village life. Eddy, the host has a lot of knowledge he can share because he grew up there. The room has views over the horce racing track. It’s very clean and comfortable.

The room was new, spacious, and very clean. The owners are incredibly kind and love their dogs (and puppies!) - dog lovers will feel right at home here. There’s no AC, but the cool nights made it perfectly comfortable. The Wi-Fi runs on Starlink, so the connection was strong. And the food… absolutely amazing - probably the best we had in all of Sumba! Don’t miss their famous lobster soup!

Everything was exceptional starting from the staff, the nature and the Villa itself! The location is a bit far if you consider day trips to Labuan bajo and day trips to Komodo Island but totally worth it! I wished to stay one more day just to enjoy our villa and the surrounding village Mbeliling!

Losbaba Komodo Villa is set in Labuan Bajo and features a private pool and garden views. This villa offers free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. All rooms are equipped with a terrace with mountain views. I loved that Erlin provided out of this world service. She was so prompt and available always! She helped us with transportation and guidance on what to do as far of tours. She made sure we were safe and had everything we needed in the villa. She is a great human being and she's also very organized and reliable. Again, she went beyond anything I would have ever expected. Highly recommend.

The incredible kindness of the staff. It was all… just perfect.

The house and its surroundings ware absolutely magnificent. Great bed, and a view to die for. Jungle vibes all around. Very clean, very comfortable and spaceous. The swiming pool is picture perfect, albeit not very big. Great knowledgeable host who is very friendly and helpful. You can have excellent freshly cooked breakfast and dinner in the house, prepared by wonderful Femi. We had an amzing time and couldn't stop taking pictures and video's of the house and the view :-) Too bad we stayed only 2 nights.

At the holiday home, some units are fitted with a coffee machine and fruits. Irwan and Ernesta were amazing hosts. We chose to travel to Ruteng to get in touch with locals and they completly integrated us in their community. We enjoyed the talks, the food, the little trips and connected on a deeper level, while still having all the privacy we needed. The family and the community are super welcoming. In short time we learned a lot about the indonesian culture in Ruteng. And we got served home-made coffee from their garden, which tasted amazing. Tipp: Irwan also is an highly experienced tour guide all accross Flores so we recomment getting in touch with him beforehand to plan some hiking tours with him!
