The accommodation was fantastic. The apartment is very spacious, with two bedrooms, one large room that serves as a kitchen-dining room-living room, a large enough bathroom and a terrace. Everything was spotlessly clean. The apartment contains everything necessary for a comfortable stay for a family. Since we traveled by car, we found parking in the street in front. parking is free, we always found a free parking space. the location is ideal for easy functioning in the mother. Given that it wasn't our first time in Umatera, and that we have experience with other locations, I can say that this one is ideal. Veneto Square is a 5-minute walk away. The location is quiet and safe.

After 3 weeks of traveling thru southern italy, we booked this apartment, and it didn't disappoint . IT was by far the best stay of our entire trip!!..Beautiful apartment, super well equipped, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom.. Great working Wi-Fi. nice view of the countryside from the balcony ..Nice terrace in front with outdoor furniture.. A washing machine was available at no extra cost..Secure parking inside property accessible with remote control.. Electric shutters on windows .The fridge was stocked with water and fruit juices , jams, and yogurts for breakfast at your own leisure in the apartment.. The espresso machine is there too with pods and milk . Croissants and various little cookies for breakfast also .It is all set up if you want to cook and well equipped..It's about 6 kms ( about 8 min) from the sights in Matera ,we chose not to stay in the city and didn't regret it..Accessing the sights in Matera from here is very easy , there are Parking structures available all around and very close just a couple of blocks away... THE host are gracious and obviously take great pride in their business, and it shows .We highly recommend this B&B when visiting this area .Thank you, Giusy and husband, for making this an exceptional 2 nights stay..

The entrance in the house is directly from the street. It is a very nice, modern, cozy and clean apartament. Good communication with the host. If you have a car is very easy and quick to reach the central parkings. Lots of Free parking spots, right in front of the entrance in the house. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom amenities. The breakfast consists in supermarket sweet pastry packed, chocolates, UHT Milk, small pack juice, yogurts, butter, honey, jams, Coffee, tea, natural water, nice to have them, but not a healthly breakfast, it is a lot of sugar. There is an umbrella in the appartment and we were happy to use it, since it was a rainy day.

As soon as we were welcomed inside the dreamy cave room, we felt a sensation of contentment and astonishment. The decoration of the room showed ample care as well as an aesthetic selection of furniture. Cleanliness, comfort and hospitality were shown by the intricate details of the room from head to toe. Besides, the hotel is situated in a perfect location, allowing us to have easy access to different picturesque spots. Highly recommended.
