The apartment up in the ancient village where Cicero's Tower is, is newly renovated to high standards & beautifully furnished with antique furniture, well stocked with kitchen utensils & lots of towels & toilet rolls. When we arrived the heating had been turned on & it was therefore nice and toasty. In April it can still be quite chilly at night, so we really appreciated having a warm house to arrive to. We also stayed at the the main hotel for the 2nd half of our stay, the room there was also clean, comfortable & cosy. There is a large selection of cakes for breakfast, as much coffee & hot milk as you want and also fresh fruit. We drove down to the main restaurant where breakfast was served, which is only a few minutes drive from the apartment in the ancient village. If you are staying in their main hotel area, the restaurant is just a short walk across the courtyard. If you don't speak Italian, no need to worry as Sandra speaks perfect English.
