We had a fantastic two-night stay at this accommodation! The communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed—and more. The highlight was definitely the stunning views from the balcony, absolutely breathtaking! A lovely touch was the bottle of Prosecco left by the host, which made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we visit Lake Como in the future.

Thank to Federica and her husband for their hospitality. Apartment is located in a very peaceful place. Very well equipped, coffee machine etc., tasty food for self-service breakfast. Good for kids-closed area with no rush roads. The apartment is made using quality materials and it is worth it.

The location is a bit up which requested just a little bit of walking (upward) but for those who are aware of that (and/or sporty types) this will be great. The walk up was a very good idea after a nice lunch or dinner by the lake. The property is well equipped (especially the kitchen - more than you can expect, eg a regular size fridge and stove), plus a hairdryer and an iron. The bed is very comfortable (as for a person with back issues). Planty of space in a wardrobe. One full bathroom and one with a toilet. Very good heating system (we did not use air conditioning) and very good internet. The place is very good, clean, comfortable and quit. We enjoyed early morning walks (many places to go with dogs). The place is a bit hidden from shops and regular traffic (which was perfect for us)

The apartment (Barbarossa) was super clean, comfortable, with private terrace. Window blinds were there (older reviews said there weren't any), it t seems the place is continuously improving. Parking place just outside the property.

So well equipped, you won’t need anything else for your holiday. The host also provided sweet treats, and cold water, which was delightful after a long trip. Very clean, put in order, everything was of good quality! A cute garden where you can relax or have breakfast, the neighboorhood was quiet, property felt really safe. The host was really sweet and helpful, she provided great reccomendations nearby, and she’s such a lovely person! I truly recommend the accomodation and I would come again here if I ever come back to lake Como. The only thing i would have loved was an insects net at the window but we had no issues in our stay, I just like to sleep with the window wide open.
