Just be aware that there’s a steep hill to climb up if you don’t have a car, but as a consequence you get stunning views of the lake, mountains and sunsets. Had a welcome bottle of alcohol which was a great touch and a full equipped kitchen.

The house has all gone comforts needed for any length of stay, whether you dine out, or in. Televisions, Alexa, Games, or chill in the garden with a bbq. You can walk to the shore of Lake Como in 10 minutes. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The scenery around the lake is spectacular. My friends and me loved our stay here, while touring around Europe on motorcycles. I would highly recommend this pace, and very reasonable price also for the quality of the house.

The apartment (Barbarossa) was super clean, comfortable, with private terrace. Window blinds were there (older reviews said there weren't any), it t seems the place is continuously improving. So well equipped, you won’t need anything else for your holiday. The host also provided sweet treats, and cold water, which was delightful after a long trip. Very clean, put in order, everything was of good quality! A cute garden where you can relax or have breakfast, the neighboorhood was quiet, property felt really safe. The host was really sweet and helpful, she provided great reccomendations nearby, and she’s such a lovely person! I truly recommend the accomodation and I would come again here if I ever come back to lake Como. The only thing i would have loved was an insects net at the window but we had no issues in our stay, I just like to sleep with the window wide open.
