Gave us directions and shared lots of information on what is around the area and how to reach Rome. He made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay, with good space for a family of 3 adults. Everything is like in the description+ AC+ heat and we also enjoyed the small 2 balconies. The location of the apartment is excellent, 10-12 minutes easy walk to the train station and to the beach, small food stores and small restaurants nearby. The apartment is not having its own parking space, but free street parking is available, near apartment. I would stay here if I would visit Rome again, and would recommend Stefano’s apartment to any of my friends.

We used the offered transfer service to and from the airport, which was absolutely perfect, and the hostess was simply delightful. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. She even helped our friends arrange a transfer from the airport as well. Truly excellent service – highly recommended!

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Property was beautiful and walking distance to restaurants and Ostia Antica (which is amazing and definitely site to visit!). Entry was easy, there were packaged snacks available (which the kids loved) and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was kind enough to help us book a taxi for our departure. Wish we stayed here longer!

The property is around 25 km from PalaLottomatica Arena, 26 km from EUR Fermi Metro Station and 27 km from Basilica San Paolo Metro Station. Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking holiday home features a hot tub. Great location, right next to the peer & all restaurants. Extremely spacious and very nicely decorated apartment. It had everything you could need even for a longer stay. WiFi was fast (I did video-calls without any problem), AC managed perfectly even though it was a heatwave outside during my stay. Communication was excellent prior to arrival & was even allowed earlier check-in.
