The facilities were spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, we felt right at home. It is only two blocks from the beach and is very easy to get to by public transport from the airport. Monica (the owner) was incredibly kind from the moment we arrived. She speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier for us. She helped us book our transportation to the airport, which made our stopover in Fiumicino easier. She also gave us some of her special cake ♥️ I loved it and now I need her recipe! We only stayed one night, but we truly wish we had stayed longer. It left us with such a good impression that we would love to come back someday - it really felt like a home away from home.

The apartment was spacious, modern, light and airy with all facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. The owner was very friendly and allowed us to check-in at our convenience. Special thanks for the breakfast. Veronica is very nice, easy to talk to, was always in touch, met me, showed and told everything. The apartment had everything you need, full bath accessories, spices and oil for frying in the kitchen, which is usually rare when booking other locations. I even regretted that I was there only the night before the flight. I will come back here again with great pleasure!
