We stayed here for three nights as a family of three, and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is new, very clean, and surprisingly quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious, unlike other hotels where the bathrooms are often too small to turn around in. The location is incredibly convenient—just a few steps downstairs and you’ll find a supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants with reasonably priced and delicious food. There’s even a laundromat just a right turn away, which is a huge plus for families staying a bit longer or those traveling with kids, as it saves you from hauling dirty clothes around. Public transportation options, including metro, trams, and buses, are just a few steps away, making it easy to explore the area. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back, take a shower, and relax for a bit before heading out again. The customer service was exceptional; they provided thoughtful guidance and suggestions. On our first day, our flight landed at 7:30 AM, and they allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM. On our departure day, they kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which made for a very pleasant experience. We are looking forward to our next stay! Highly recommended!

The views of the city and the lake are amazing. Silvia was very helpful in providing a bed for our baby. We strongly recommend this accomodation.

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The holiday home features family rooms. Was amazing! Alessandro and his wife couldn’t do enough for us! Made our trip extra special we will forever be grateful for that! They are exceptional people, the property was easy access to train station into central Rome and is very cheap to travel around from A to B, it was clean and comfortable, we will be back again without a doubt ! Right in the heart of the historic centre of Bolsena, a few steps up from the main street. The apartment is quite big, on 2 floors, with all the commodities. Very gentle owner, perfect communication. I highly recommend this place.
