Apartment is splendidly amazing. Location is central yet on dead end street so no traffic noise. Apartment is spacious with good lighting, interior is modern, tastefully furnished, functional kitchen, separate bedroom with comfortable bed, and additional washer and dryer for laundry (the dryer a first so far in Italy). Generous offer of apperol and water provides warm welcome to guests. Parking is streetside but available. Everything is close by, walking distance. Giuseppe is responsive, stopping by to make sure everything is fine. Excellent place for a base to sightsee the area. Highly recommend.

Also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment was clean and well designed. The terrace in front of the house was super cozy for a glass of wine in the evenings. Francesco was kind and helpful. He gave us extra informations about the programs of Catania and it's restaurants. We absolutely recommend it.

It was a beautiful and spacious apartment, very close to the city center. It was easy for us to park on the street (but we might have been lucky while we arrived on Saturday afternoon as it got full by the evening). The host was easy to communicate with; we would stay again if coming back to Catania.

What a lovely home! It is much bigger than the pictures can convey, and everything was pristine and cozy. The hosts gave very detailed instructions on how to get to the property, and met me at the door to show me around and make sure I felt at home. Marco even made my arrangements for getting to the airport very early in the morning, which was a huge help. This was a perfect spot with perfect hosts for a tired traveler on a tight schedule; my only regret is that I was only in Catania overnight and couldn't stay longer, because it would also have been perfect for a much longer stay.

Someone mentioned that you only get a croissant and small espresso. But when we arrived to the cafeteria, we could choose any coffee, and not only croissant, but also arancini and other stuff. Maybe this has changed. The accommodation is great. Fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and we were offered a few snacks when we arrived. The owner also has his own restaurant just behind the corner. We didn’t try, but it seemed worth trying, it looked really nice in there. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Fenici Levanzo - Island Apartments nằm ở Levanzo, cung cấp chỗ nghỉ có điều hòa, Wi-Fi miễn phí, cũng như sân hiên. I like the facilities. The staff, and in particular Mrs Rosanna was exceptional. She suggested a great boat trip that cost 30€ per person (we met some Americans who told us they were asked for 80€). The apartment had everything for us to cook also the coffee machine. I like to buy things and live like I were one of the persons living on the island.
