The room exceeded all expectations: spotlessly clean, cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. It's clear that the hosts truly care about their guests' comfort. There wasn’t a single downside — everything was top-notch. A special mention goes to the host — incredibly responsive and responsible, always available and ready to help. He even assisted us with parking, which was beyond his responsibilities, but he went out of his way to make things easier for us. Overall, a perfect stay. Definitely a 10 out of 10!"

Our flight was quite delayed but Guanpaolo welcomed us with a smile, and recommended places to visit.

Someone mentioned that you only get a croissant and small espresso. But when we arrived to the cafeteria, we could choose any coffee, and not only croissant, but also arancini and other stuff. Maybe this has changed. The accommodation is great. Fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and we were offered a few snacks when we arrived. The owner also has his own restaurant just behind the corner. We didn’t try, but it seemed worth trying, it looked really nice in there. The owner is friendly and helpful.
