The place is very cozy, comfortable and clean and Marilena had taken great care of us, making sure we have enough water, coffee and breakfast items. Even if we never met, she was always available on WhatsApp for any questions or requests. The apartment is spacious and private and very well-equipped, including a kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.) and a washing machine.

Great location - you need upto 10 mins walk to most of the attractions in Ortigia and right around the corner is the marina and the sea promenade. The room is comfortable and clean - by far better than the majority of B&B's in Italy that I've visited. It was a perfect choice for short stay, but it wouldn't be a problem even if we had to spent few more days there. You will also never worry if you get hungry - everywhere are restaurants and of all kind of price level, there is supermarket within less than 10 min reach. Thank You, Michelle and Vicenzo ! Really well set out apartment with very comfortable beds. We made use of the washing line on the balcony and the heating as it was cold during our stay. About 18mins to Ortigua walking and close enough to walk to the Catacombs and Theatre (30min). The owner gave us access earlier and left a present for the kids which they appreciated. There were supplies of oil, salt etc to use and plenty of water left for our use. There’s a market on Sunday morning around the waterfront so the neighborhood becomes quite busy which adds to the entertainment. Thank you so much for our stay!

Immaculata greeted us with hugs and kisses upon arrival, gave us a full review of the apartment with all the interesting history, supplied us with special homemade treats and fresh fruit from her farm, and was available for any questions we had. The location was perfect for us to walk all around Ortigia and Siracusa! Our only regret was having only one night here. We will be back and would definitely return to stay here! Grazie!

Great beach with white sand and Cristal clear water, go early morning as the tide bring some sea grass to surface in the afternoon. The location is close to the sea but i drove because Nono and Nona needs accessibility. The house is super clean , greats space, private pool, big screen and air conditioning in all rooms. Kitchen well equipped and you can do your barbacue any time.
