The apartment was super cosy. Big and extremely clean, it was a great value. Communication was very good, self check in was easy, and parking was easily available in the street. As a big plus, it was nicely decorated for Christmas, making us feeling home!

Immaculata greeted us with hugs and kisses upon arrival, gave us a full review of the apartment with all the interesting history, supplied us with special homemade treats and fresh fruit from her farm, and was available for any questions we had. The location was perfect for us to walk all around Ortigia and Siracusa! Our only regret was having only one night here. We will be back and would definitely return to stay here! Grazie!

We were unexpectedly upgraded to Villa Rosa. We occupied half of the house, our part consisted of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Also there is another room(?) outside, with beds, air conditioning and TV. In the well-equipped kitchen host left for us milk, juice, bottled water, pasta, tomato sauce, tea, coffee and local sweets. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, we had huge towels. There were a washing machine in one bathroom, hair dryers, even new toothpaste and toothbrushes, an iron. The nearest beach was clean and beautiful, free of algi (we stayed at the end of may). At the villa we had outdoor shower with warm water to clean ourselves from sand. Swimming pool was clean, with sunbeds, but water was only couple degrees warmer than in the see, so we preferred going to the beach. We would love to return here, but next time we'll take some friends with us.

The apartment was in a perfect location, very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast at a nearby bar was delicious. Diego was incredibly helpful - our plane was delayed and we arrived very late at night but he stayed up to welcome is and make sure we were comfortable. Siracusa is beautiful.

The place has a superb location in between Ortigia and the Archaeological Park. Both are within walking distance. You can always find a free parking place close to the apartment. It is spacious and well equipped. The host is very friendly.
