Emilio was very friendly and very helpful in answering questions I had regarding the facilities in the apartment.

The hosts are super-friendly and helpful. The house is fantastic. It is on a hill, overlooking a big olive garden, you could see a beautiful landscape. Rooms set-up is fantastic, with 3 bedrooms area separated by the doors from the living room area. It is very spacious, with plenty of space and 3 separate bathrooms (with toilets). There is nice terrace with barbeque and table/chairs, accessible from the living room area. The house has a nice, family feel. The location is also very convenient. We were surprised how close it actually is to Montepulciano, yet how distant / far-away it felt so we felt disconnected from the city-life (as we wanted). But that made a trip to a supermarket or Montepulciano historic centre just a 10 minute drive.

The ability to laze in the garden is an added advantage and there are outstanding views of the countryside. The host is friendly and helpful.
