It seemed like the renovation had been done very recently! Everything was new, fresh and clean!

Great location - you need upto 10 mins walk to most of the attractions in Ortigia and right around the corner is the marina and the sea promenade. The room is comfortable and clean - by far better than the majority of B&B's in Italy that I've visited. It was a perfect choice for short stay, but it wouldn't be a problem even if we had to spent few more days there. You will also never worry if you get hungry - everywhere are restaurants and of all kind of price level, there is supermarket within less than 10 min reach. Thank You, Michelle and Vicenzo ! A wonderful house one street away from the main pedestrian street which is truly spectacular. Noto is a must visit place. Exceeded all expectations. The house was huge. Beautiful bedrooms. Everything you would need. Lovely terrace. Luca the host was great. Opposite a local bakery which was lovely. The lady gave my young daughters a treat every time we went in. People were so friendly. Would love to return again.

He always responded immediately, he was extremely attentive, and he was extremely helpful. He truly cares about his guests happiness! And it was the best experience we’ve ever had! The apartment is AMAZING! It was sparkling clean. Wifi was fast and strong to do online work. Bed was very comfortable and linens are high quality. Everything is new and in great condition. It’s very cozy and is decorated so lovely. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Fantastic amenities. Fantastic location, it’s close to everything and tucked away down a quiet lane for a peaceful sleep. Book this apartment! You will love it!

Really well set out apartment with very comfortable beds. We made use of the washing line on the balcony and the heating as it was cold during our stay. About 18mins to Ortigua walking and close enough to walk to the Catacombs and Theatre (30min). The owner gave us access earlier and left a present for the kids which they appreciated. There were supplies of oil, salt etc to use and plenty of water left for our use. There’s a market on Sunday morning around the waterfront so the neighborhood becomes quite busy which adds to the entertainment. Thank you so much for our stay!
