The house was modern, spacious and well equipped with a convenient and peaceful location. We could easily walk to the supermarket, the lake and the station. We loved the underfloor heating and the drying room upstairs. The 4 bedrooms were all a good size with lots of closet space and some nice views of Lake Kawaguchiko. The kitchen and bathroom were both clean and modern. The owner also responded quickly to us when we contacted him. There were 8 of us in our group and we all loved Kawaguchiko and our home away from home. Hope to be back in another season!

Living room, combined with the dining area, was spacious & comfortable. The shower room was of massive space with 2 bathtubs, 2 showers, a connected small sauna room & walk-in wardrobe/wash basin room. The 2 bedrooms on second floor were very spacious, with a common toilet. There's a small balcony on level 2, fantastic spot to chill. On first floor, the deck outside has dining table, deck chairs & a BBQ pit. Parking lot was right in front of the Villa. Fantastic place to stay, will recommend longer stay to fully enjoy the facilities & comfort. Location feels private & peaceful (will need to have a car).

Very good location, 5-8 mins walk from most of the attractions with lots of eateries nearby as well. Apartment was very clean and very well-appointed.

The neighborhood is quiet and there are Restaurants and Shops within Walking distance. Also the JR Station is 5 minutes away so you can get easily to the Nakasendo Trail. We would recommend staying in the guesthouse.

There is shuttle service available at Mt Fuji station for those who do not drive. The place looked great. We managed to have a clear view of Mt Fuji in the morning and it was breathtaking. There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.
