All areas of the houee are very spacious. The staff are lovely and helpful. The common room has drinks and small eats all through the day. A coin laundry is near common area. We used taxi to get to most areas. But the public transport options are doable. The property exceeded my expectations and photos are as actuals. Good noiseless sleep quality. There are Family mart and Fresco department store in walking distance.

It is near 3 train stations Shijo-Omiya, Nijo station and Nijojo-mae station (all under 1KM walk). Shinsenen-mae bus stop is only 100m away. There are many nice eateries around with many large supermarkets, LIFE at Nijo station, Seiyu Sanjo (300m) away as well as Fresco (300m) away. The apartment is also sparkly clean and new unlike some of the comments from the past. The staff at the counter were great and super responsive. There is a folder on the instructions to operate the appliances in the apartment. The coffee capsules given were superb, better than some of those stall bought coffee. We checked in in the evening and was able to enter the apartment without any help. The management sent a detailed video on how to operate the digital key lock prior to check in. The pricing of this apartment was pricey but worth every penny. Will certainly recommend to our friends and family!

It has more space than it seems. Great space to store luggage. Easily enough space for 4 people (we stayed 4 nights). We could do our laundry, great restaurants nearby plus 7-11, the station and all connections nearby. And - the public bath just around the corner. What an experience. And the house even has a small ‚garden‘ 😊 we will certainly be back here when back in Kyōto. We loved every minute of staying here. Thanks so much for providing this accommodation.
