There was a small garden area in front and out a gate and we were in the Sea. Having swim directly in front of the house was perfect. Everything about this house was perfect and it was a pity it was only available for the two days we stayed there. We will definitely share this location with our friends planning trips to Japan.

Full kitchen and laundry. Stayed 6 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Heated flooring was perfection! Huge master bed. Massage Chair was used each day after lots of walking. Bathroom was massive; and toilet room had plenty of knee room. Very easy to communicate any needs or questions. Great location - tip: tell taxis to take you to ‘doubletree’ hotel, and then it’s a short safe walk about 100m from there. Taxi to Nashiki Markets was about 700yen, but easily walkable. River close by to watch the fish and birds. Could easily have lived in this accommodation. Felt more like home than a hotel. Bonus: Shalom Restaurant downstairs has the BEST wagu on earth. And the most amazing hospitality from the hosts.

The host was very welcoming and gave us a great introduction to Kyoto and the local area and sites to visit. We loved how quiet the area was and very close to the station which allowed easy access to sites of Kyoto. It was very close to shops/supermarket. We loved getting a small insight into how people live traditionally in Japan. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. Thank you

Koume no tonari コウメノトナリ nằm ở Sakyo Ward, Kyoto, cách Nhà hát Samurai Kembu Kyoto 4 phút đi bộ, Chùa Shoren-in 700 m và Đền Heian 12 phút đi bộ. it’s very large space that was well equipped with a washing machine, a very comfy bed, all bathing amenities and a tv with netflix connection. it also has a very nice modern aesthetic and is super close to a metro station.

The accommodations and location were absolutely perfect for our family. It was a wonderful place to recharge after spending the day exploring the surrounding area. The location was ideal for easily exploring with kids. The house had everything we needed and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful! We hope to stay again!
