It was very homely and comfortable. We appreciated the attentiveness and quick responses to messages and enquiries. The beds were comfortable and the whole place very warm. The facilities suited our needs perfectly. Close to the station, good and sightseeing. It was a quiet location and we had plenty of space. Would recommend.

I thought we were getting a room when I booked (probably my fault for not realising!), but you actually get a whole period house for yourself! The owner asks you to let him know when you arrive so he can meet you to give you the keys and explain everything. He was really helpful and even explained to us where we could get dinner (it's a very small town!). The house itself was beautiful and warm. Futons were super comfortable. The bathroom is new and there is a wooden shower/bath room. We loved our stay so much!

The place is so quiet and so nice. It is a perfect place to spend winter season with the family. We will definitely book this again next winter. Our host was the kindest individual who looked out for us from the moment he met us until the moment he said goodbye. Our review is more about the owner of the property because there was a water issue at the Auzimino home so he took us to his private guesthouse and took great care of us.
