Linn 阿倍野 ligger ca. 13 minutters gang fra Abeno Seimei Shrine og har en terrasse, balkon og udsigt til byen. Very clean, quiet and convenient. Host was responsive and check in was easy, even though we arrived a bit late in night. Also love the house theme. There are couple of 24x7 convenient store nearby, which was very handy.

We were driving and there are a couple of public parking lots within 5min walk. The house is very clean and well maintained, looks to be recently renovated. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we all slept very well. Host provided all the toiletries so you wouldn't need to pack much if you are staying here. 3 bedrooms layout is just good enough space for two young families travelling together.

This truly felt like a home away from home. The house is very clean, is beautifully decorated, we loved the inner garden spaces. Osaka is a big city with lots of impressions and here we had a house where we could relax. The owner Niho is very kind and hospitable. Every day there was a nutritious breakfast. We were with a group of 7 and the kitchen area offered also a place to sit together and chat. For extra payment Niho can arrange all kinds of massages and also a private cook that makes a delicious meal. We felt spoiled, we all want to return to this place if ever we get back to Japan!

The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. For this price point in Japan, it is rare to find a private house with such good facilities. Having two toilet areas and a separate shower room, together with a private dining space, made the stay very convenient and comfortable, especially for families. The host is responsive and easy to contact, which is reassuring as this is a private accommodation rather than a hotel. Location-wise, it is a good base. It is close to major attractions such as the Osaka Aquarium, the Ferris wheel, USJ area, and nearby shopping and dining options. There are also small eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. Osaka-ko Station is very nearby, making transport easy. Parking is available. While the garage may not be suitable for larger vehicles (such as 7-seaters or large MPVs), there are many paid parking options outside nearby. Overnight parking outside is reasonably priced and easy to find using Google Maps. The house is a three-storey property, so guests with large or heavy luggage should take their time when carrying bags upstairs. For drivers with bigger cars, the on-site garage may not be practical, and parking outside is required (paid separately). The neighbourhood is residential and not a touristy area. This is not a negative point, but guests should be mindful to respect local customs and be considerate of neighbours, as residents value quietness and rules. Overall, the house feels spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities inside are of a very high standard.

The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the dining area, living room, and bathroom are on the first floor, which is very convenient and clean. Before check-in, I also asked the owner some questions and received very prompt replies with clear instructions. If you're driving there yourself, the location is easy to find, and there is sufficient parking space. However, the street at the entrance is a bit narrow, so if the vehicle is too long, you may need to back into the parking spot.

The property was extremely clean and we loved the theming throughout the entire property. There were plenty of dishes and linens for all of our needs. It was in a great location for all the places we wanted to visit while we were there. I think the biggest highlight of the property was the indoor interactive playground that our kids had a blast playing with.
