Apresentando vista da cidade, Linn 阿倍野 apresenta acomodações com um terraço e varanda, a cerca de 13 minutos a pé de Abeno Seimei Shrine. Thank you for having us. From Shin-Osaka it's round about 20-30 mins to the south of the city, depending on how you'll travel there (subway, taxi, JR-line...) The communication with the owner was really uncomplicated. The house was stuffed with everything you would ever need and was really clean and comfortable. I would recommend booking it and also booking it again if I stay in Osaka next time. Thank you again!

JAPAVISTA Noble situa-se na área de Osaka Bay, em Osaka, a 2,7 km de Nankeiji Temple, 2,7 km de Isoji Central Park e 2,7 km de Centro Comunitário Minato Kumin. We were driving and there are a couple of public parking lots within 5min walk. The house is very clean and well maintained, looks to be recently renovated. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we all slept very well. Host provided all the toiletries so you wouldn't need to pack much if you are staying here. 3 bedrooms layout is just good enough space for two young families travelling together.

Our family of three stayed for 3 days at Udatsuya. We had read a lot of rave reviews about the house and the hostess Niho-san and wanted a special place to celebrate my milestone birthday. We had the most wonderful and memorable stay here. The house was a delightful mix of traditional old world Japanese charm with fully modern amenities especially the bathrooms, a small pretty Japanese garden and a resident cat. The futon beds were super comfy and so were the duvets. It was lovely walking on the tatami mats. The entire home was spic and span and neat. But what really made the difference was the absolutely amazing hospitality of the owner Niho-san, a very nice, soft spoken , kind, powerhouse of a lady. Her attention to detail , her cooking skills ( she made the most delicious chicken curry by watching YouTube just for us) and her genuine caring attitude for her guests were commendable. We had lots of luggage so she picked us up from the airport, dropped us off to the station. She did our laundry every day like she does for all her guests and what a pleasure it was to get our clothes back every evening neatly folded and clean. She made lovely breakfast for us and even had sandwiches ready for us when we arrived the first day. Highly recommend this place for the house and the hostess.

The room facilities were complete with towels and a hairdryer. It was clean and comfortable. The location is in a nice neighborhood with various things to do in the area. We would like to give the wonderful staffs at the office building a very huge thanks and appreciation for our family due to the amount and load of our luggages, with everyone helping us carry them to the second floor of the office building. It was very kind of you. The staffs are very prompt in responding to our messages on both booking and Line.

The house is stunningly beautiful! Every room is different and has its own theme and unique charm, and it was fun discussing who'd stay in which room. We've stayed at different vacation houses in different cities in Japan, but we've never seen one like this that offers a unique experience in each room. Each space is beautifully put together, and we even took a house tour video and had a lot of fun taking pictures inside. The location is superb! It's just a 1.5-minute walk from the metro station and convenience store, and just a short walk from the vibrant shopping and dining areas nearby. I was a bit worried that the place might be too close to the hustle and bustle, but to my delight, the house sits quietly in a peaceful neighborhood among local residents, and it felt really private and serene even during the day. We were shocked at how big the TV was — it was huge! It's a smart TV, and we could relax and watch Netflix comfortably while sharing some snacks after a long day of sightseeing. I'm not a great sleeper and was a bit worried about the beds, but they were really comfortable and I slept very well. I mentioned this to the host, and she told me they are Sealy mattresses — no wonder! The host is very friendly and kind. She helped me with my planning and patiently responded to every question. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and I hope to come back next time we visit Osaka.
