Self check-in was an option with keyless entry, however the host greeted us on arrival and that was delightful. Quite and peaceful location in a relaxed, friendly neighbourhood. Tea/coffee provided, with some drinks and snacks - always so helpful and appreciated, especially if arriving late at night. Also hair tongs/ blow dryer, umbrella, adapters, etc. Close to convenience store, Nezu Museum, Blue Note Jazz Club (brilliant!), fashion shops, smart cafes, Roppongi and more.

For a trip that includes a whole family, you would be expecting 2 cars or at least a minivan where everyone would fit. However, the parking space is too small, so we had to find a parking space and had to pay extra for that.

The bed was extremely comfortable — I have back pain, but the mattress had just the right firmness and gave me a great night’s sleep. The entire environment was quiet and cozy, and we all slept very well. Our host, Ms Lan, was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We arrived quite late, and she even came to pick us up at the station — we were truly touched by her kindness. The location of the accommodation was also very convenient and easy to access. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tokyo! We would definitely like to come back again!
