The garden, pool, and view from the terrace was spectacular! Bev was also extremely friendly and helpful, as were her staff. Breakfast was delicious, too! We also loved that we could walk to Hemingways Eden for a meal or drink. Very close to popular attractions such as giraffe centre, elephant orphanage, and the Karen Blixen museum. Pumbaa is just as beautiful of a property for a fifth of the prices of similar accommodations in the area. It’s a no brainer - if you’re staying in Karen, book Pumbaa!

Very neat and tidy room, toilet and kitchen which they cleaned everyday with the bedsheets changed all the time. Reminded me in the morning to take an umbrella for upcoming rain. Sorry I misplaced the umbrella!
