We had the privilage to be Haleem’s firts guests in this amazing place. We were welcomed like a Royal Family! Villa can offer a huge space, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom each. Living room with comfy sofa and additional bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine You can find all you need in this place. Location is great, 4 min walk to main street. Close enough to be in the city Centre. Far enough to not hear loud music at night. Haleem is very nice person, very kind, engaged and helpful host.

The place has had a lot of work done recently and largely appears to be new. Location couldn't get any better and the chaps overseeing the place were real gentleman also.

My husband and me loved this place. The host is very welcoming and will help with anything. We've been there for a whole month and couldn't ask for more: fully equipped kitchen, sleeping room with air con, an own backyard with lots of palm trees, beautiful sunrises and a big deck upstairs. The house is actually at the beach, so you can watch the ocean anytime. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place.

Very nice restaurants at this end of the bay … Emily’s, Shady Lane, meori etc. come out of the property turn right brings to the beach. Turn left takes you to the street with shop for water etc and also lots of restaurants and bars. Room is large and quiet at night, the birds are the alarm in the morning. Very close to walk to surfing spot. We loved the terrace and the lovely trees and plants. Kannan was a great host. Everything was great and we didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend this property. There was no hot water but showering under cold water that turned lukewarm warm was refreshing and we didn’t miss hot water as it was so warm in May.
