Both Haris and Rizwan really make you feel at home along with all the staff members as they are very attentive to your needs. Haris will gladly keep you entertained by playing pool with you as well.

This is an excellent property, minutes away from the town center but what sets it apart is the attention to detail and great service We stayed in the cabana, a two-storied cottage next to the main building. It’s a lovely place with a sitting area on the ground level and the bedroom upstairs. The photos of the interior on the website show a luxurious, well-fitted space and the place lives up to this in every way. We were here in end November and the Christmas Tree was up adding a festive touch Food is good and plentiful (Tip: Opt for the Sri Lankan curry and rice) and service is outstanding. A special mention here for Avishka who was exceptional

Located just minutes from downtown yet nestled on a peaceful narrow road, it offered the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Breakfast in the open-air area, overlooking verdant fields and not far from the tea plantations, was a magical start to each day of our stay. In summary, Keshiya Holiday Home provides a serene retreat with exceptional hospitality and breathtaking surroundings. It was undeniably our top pick for our Sri Lanka trip, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.

My recent stay at Mount View Bungalow in Hatton was an absolutely delightful experience that truly exceeded expectations. Opting for the three-bedroom apartment proved to be an excellent choice, offering a haven of comfort, cleanliness, and breathtaking scenery. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer spaciousness of the apartment and the evident care taken in its maintenance. The living area was thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas, a TV, and convenient WiFi access that made us feel right at home. Each of the three bedrooms was remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax. The provision of fresh, clean towels, crisp bedsheets, and cozy blankets ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were equally impressive, being immaculate and very well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. For those who prefer to self-cater, the fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic amenity. It included a gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, heater jug, and a complete set of necessary utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. However, the true gems of Mount View Bungalow were the balconies attached to every room and the main hall. Stepping onto them revealed truly breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic mountains and lush tea plantations surrounding Hatton. These serene vistas provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and soaking in the natural beauty of Sri Lanka. Practicality was also well-considered, with ample and secure parking available within the gated premises, offering peace of mind for guests with vehicles. Furthermore, the location is incredibly convenient, with Hatton town just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to shops and local amenities. The hospitality we received from the host was exceptional.

Beautiful peaceful location out of town, beside the highest village in Sri Lanka. Surrounded by tea plantations and other small cultivations, and inside the grounds is a perfectly tended garden and very professional welcome from the small team. Short walks available to a viewpoint amongst the tea. Room and bathroom both spacious and as in the photos. Dinner and breakfast both delicious. The banana bread in particular! No problem to order us a taxi to go to the station the next morning too. More expensive than the average accommodation, but certainly value for money compared to other similar high-end “boutique” accommodations in Sri Lanka (which can start at $900 per night - and I’m not sure the extra butler would be worth the difference!)

Clean nice room with big bed, extra warm blankets. Fantastic bathroom with new plumbing, fully functional heater and shower cabin. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Located in the beautiful Nuwara Eliya Hills, boutique hotel Langdale by Amaya offers luxury rooms with amazing hillside views. It features an outdoor pool, a restaurant and free Wi-Fi. Absolutely stunning property, it almost felt fairytale like watching the green hills around us while playing minigolf or taking a stroll around the tea plantation. Very very picturesque. We also enjoyed the heated pool and my husband the tennis court. The service was also very good and a la carte breakfast excellent.
