Gamini,, the manager, was so hospitable. They will prepare (with notice) lunch and dinner and you can eat in your room or the dining room. Nice refreshing swimming pool...part of the reason I booked here. My ground floor room had a private walled garden with a bench...so romantic. The room was modern and spotless. They had the best towels, pillows, and blankets of my trip thus far. I hated to leave...but will be back

Asiri Surgical Hospital is 2.5 km from Colombo Villa (Town House). The nearest airport is Bandaranaike International Airport, 30 km from the property. We loved Colombo Villa. Perfect for arrival (or departure). Derick stayed up late to welcome us. Our room was big for 5 people and very clean etc. We loved the carefully presented fruit etc for breakfast and the pool was excellent (clean ++). Can't say enough good things. Derick also helped with onward travel (lovely driver) and we found it very convenient and safe for moving around on foot, car and tuk tuk. A really perfect start to our holiday.

All aspects of the property were lovely - the lush green tea fields were beautiful and learning about the process of their tea was fascinating. The lodging area was clean, comfortable, and spacious - we loved the view paired with the indoor pool. The food was delicious - My partner is Sri Lankan and we enjoyed the Sri Lanka dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were continuously impressed at the flavors. The staff is kind and helpful. All around, this was a wonderful getaway from the city for a weekend and we’re excited to return!

We discovered Teal Villa online two days before our departure for Sri Lanka and made a last minute decision to change our booking. Sherden made immediate contact and kept in close touch on our very late arrival into Colombo. He was there past midnight to greet us and show us around the property. What a wonderful find this property is. It’s a chance for a group of up to 8 to stay in a charming, beautifully furnished house with creeping bougainvillea, delightful private courtyards, and a lovely wrought iron bannistered-spiral staircase. The house is spacious, bright and clean, and has plenty of seating areas for people to find a quiet corner. Also, there is a billiards table at the top floor. There are air-cons and fans in every room, mosquito nets over the beds and every room has an en-suite bathroom so no need to share. Would come again in a heartbeat. Wonderful hospitality.
