We spent only our first night here, after arriving im Colombo. Great place with friendly staff. It was a big room, very clean, the breakfast was also very tasty and enough. The pool is an extra, very nice cooling off after a long flight!

The house is large and spacious with an abundance of room for everyone to have a comfortable stay. Inside the house was really clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like you were at home. The host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor garden and veranda was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful & quiet. Didn't have time to play but you could play badminton. They even have rackets & net. Highly recommend this place that is located centrally in the heart of Colombo for those who seek quiet comfort with a luxury feel.

Villa Tea Escape is set in Mahingala and has a rooftop pool and garden views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. This is a beautiful place located in a serene and quite tea estate. You look out onto greenery and it instantly brings you close to nature. There's a beautiful forest of rubber trees close by, and you can take a bike ride or walk though it. The host is wonderful, kind, and hospitable. And they cooked great food. Come here if you want to get away from Colombo for a bit, or need some time in nature.

It’s a chance for a group of up to 8 to stay in a charming, beautifully furnished house with creeping bougainvillea, delightful private courtyards, and a lovely wrought iron bannistered-spiral staircase. The house is spacious, bright and clean, and has plenty of seating areas for people to find a quiet corner. Also, there is a billiards table at the top floor. There are air-cons and fans in every room, mosquito nets over the beds and every room has an en-suite bathroom so no need to share. Would come again in a heartbeat. Wonderful hospitality.

The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

A recently renovated villa located in Colombo, Villa Vikasa Colombo features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 5.4 km from R Premadasa Stadium. Staying in Villa Vakasa is like a dream come true! I have waited writing a review , cause I stayed in other places and hotels. But this place deserves a 12/12 . It is the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka by far. The whole house is designed with exquisite taste and the host provides you with everything you need from oats and milk and coffee to make your own coffee. It made a massive difference staying there after our arrival in Colombo to recharge and refuel. Beautiful diffusers we’re on to dispel the Moskitos and every room was designed with so much love, expensive high qualitative furniture, books, games, a sowing kit - nothing was to much to do and help was there immediately. Khan Clock Tower is 15 km from the villa and Leisure World is 27 km away. Staying at Cottage by the Lake in Thalawathugoda was truly the best experience of my lifetime! The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering the perfect level of comfort. The serene surroundings and picturesque views make it an ideal retreat for nature lovers It's like stepping into a little paradise. The owner is an absolute gem. So kind, warm, and accommodating, which made our stay even more delightful. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway close to nature with exceptional hospitality, this is the place to be!

Leisure World is 25 km from the villa, while St Anthony's Church is 47 km away. Well maintained and clean. Good communication with the home owner and he was very flexible and adjusted our check in time.
