The property itself is teeming with wildlife, with numerous birds and animals spotted throughout our stay.

Situated in Hikkaduwa, Villa Saffron Hikkaduwa offers seafront accommodation 2.2 km from Hikkaduwa Coral Reef and provides facilities like an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. We were looked after very well by the manager and staff- pampered. The property is small, only four rooms, one day we were the only guests. The pool was lovely. Meals were excellent, and very reasonably priced. Villa Saffron is a beautiful boutique hotel.

I loved the convenient location itself. It was hidden from the buzz, yet it was still within reach to unawatuna and Galle cities. Loved the ambience, the facilities, the plunge pool, and their exceptional service. The owner made sure his staff attend to us and I genuinely apologise because I forgot the attendees name; he made sure we were tend to, and made sure we were safe while we were in the sea. Not a single moment he left from keeping an eye on us and personally made sure that all our requests were met.
