This property truly exceeded our expectations. The infinity pool overlooking the breathtaking scenery was an absolute highlight. We especially appreciated the courtesy staff who went above and beyond to make my brother's birthday a memorable occasion. As a vegetarian family, we were initially concerned about dining options. However, the kitchen staff were incredibly accommodating, creating delicious and healthy breakfast alternatives that surpassed our expectations. The property itself is teeming with wildlife, with numerous birds and animals spotted throughout our stay.

Beautiful, serene place perfect for a chill vibe. Very well maintained property. The host Ferran was really warm and made us feel at home. The pool is cute and clean and the breakfast is wholesome!

We went there during our honeymoon and had a great time. The villa is wonderful. It's well-furnished and simply beautiful. The place is very well kept and has all the facilities we needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hashan really made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was also very delicious.

Featuring free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Villa 46 offers accommodation in Hikkaduwa.. The hotel has a year-round outdoor pool and barbecue, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Beautiful villa, amazing staff. We chose to have all the dinners arranged by Ruwan and his team, we were extremely satisfied, top food. We would stay here again definately.

Situated in Hikkaduwa, Villa Saffron Hikkaduwa offers seafront accommodation 2.2 km from Hikkaduwa Coral Reef and provides facilities like an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. Small number of rooms, hence very familiar atmosphere. Management and staff is super helpful and friendly and showed utmost flexibility to make us happy during our stay. Amazing pool, a nice garden where you can relax and forget time, and direct access to beach. And: food (both western and sri lankan) is excellent!

Featuring air conditioning, Sri Villas, a beach front property is located in Induruwa, 29 km from Hikkaduwa. Bentota is 4.2 km away. Free private parking is available on site. Location was fabulous 🤩 wonderful place, directly at the sea. I had also birthday during our stay and the hotel staff prepared a wonderful dinner right at the sea, with Prosecco and wonderful decoration (it was a surprise: they wrote “Happy Birthday” and my name with little stones - very accurate and with details) and a cake special for me (they need to buy it outside!) It was really a wonderful stay :-)

Villa White Queen Resort & Spa is a modern 2-storey property offering rooms with garden views. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi in its common areas and free parking is available. The staff without exception were customer focused and informative. This really is a boutique hotel in a quiet location with a great pool and garden. The breakfast was very very good, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The complimentary tuk tuk to the fort area was a bonus and more than made up for a lack of facilities in the immediate area. Would return again and definitely recommend the Villa White Queen.

Adjacent to Unawatuna Beach, Sergent House is set in a boutique villa showcasing colonial architecture and originating in the 1800's. The hotel garden is exceptinal. I believe they are the best one in Unawatuna. The breakfast is beyond expectations. Pool is lovely for the familys, we prefer to swim in the sea. They have a private beach but maybe it may be season effect, the sea was so wavy. There are good beaches reachable by tuk tuk.

HARD TO FIND - PLEASE CHECK TIPS BELOW!! Wow, what a new, modern, beautifully styled room. Nice quiet spot off the busy road, friendly hosting family, comfy bed and sheets, plenty of space to put bags and belongings, fresh open air bathroom with large plants, a bath and shower gel/shampoo. The problem was, we have iPhones and used Apple Maps to get to the place, and we never got there! The location on Apple Maps and the address on Booking.com is wrong!! We spent hours driving around with no wifi, asking locals where it was and no one knew. And no one was answering the number provided by Booking.com. So tips, use google maps to locate the place! There isn’t any business signs, it’s a large brick/block fence with a black gate on the corner (vacant block to door). I have added photos from the street. And lastly, it is well worth finding! They are also building a couple more rooms for the future.
