Sujeevani Villa is 500 metres from Negombo Beach Park. Fitted with a balcony offering garden views, it also features an outdoor lap pool and complimentary private parking. Great breakfast, very nice stuff.

Run by a local family, Villa Shade is a charming and peaceful property surrounded by green gardens, just 4 km from Negombo City. We are Estonian family with two teenage kids and stayed one night before taking a flight next morning. Villa´s location is excellent if you have an early flight to catch and staff in villa looks after guests so well. Owner was meeting us in person on arrival and while checking in, we were offered fresh home made lemon juice made from their own organic garden lemons. We were helped with our luggage. Our teens were thrilled by the pool, basketball ground and beautiful villa.

The villa had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a peaceful outdoor area. It was the ideal spot to unwind, with just the right mix of privacy and comfort. The staff was helpful and made sure our stay went smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with great amenities and a beautiful pool, I highly recommend Sun Villa. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed for a relaxing stay. Even though the host, Mr. Lalith, was unable to be there in person due to an emergency work commitment, he stayed in touch with us throughout. He regularly called to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. His care and attention, even from a distance, made us feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and well-managed getaway!
