Sujeevani Villa is 500 metres from Negombo Beach Park. Fitted with a balcony offering garden views, it also features an outdoor lap pool and complimentary private parking. Great breakfast, very nice stuff.

Run by a local family, Villa Shade is a charming and peaceful property surrounded by green gardens, just 4 km from Negombo City. Everything went very smoothly here, from the late night airport pick up we arranged via the hotel right up to our departure the next day. This made a big difference after a long day of travel with young children. The family villa was clean and comfortable with good AC and we had a great sleep. Loved waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The breakfast of hoppers, local fruit etc was delicious. The well established and maintained gardens made for a relaxing setting and the kids enjoyed climbing up the treehouse, playing basketball etc. Everyone there was very friendly from the owner to the staff. Highly recommend Villa Shade.

The staff was helpful and made sure our stay went smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with great amenities and a beautiful pool, I highly recommend Sun Villa. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed for a relaxing stay. Even though the host, Mr. Lalith, was unable to be there in person due to an emergency work commitment, he stayed in touch with us throughout. He regularly called to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. His care and attention, even from a distance, made us feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and well-managed getaway!

We came as two couples and had a beautiful stay. We felt right at home and were able to dive into the Negombo vibe immediately, thanks in part to the wonderful hosts who checked in on us and met us in person. The sound of the waves at night was so calming, and as fellow islanders, it was a sound we really appreciated. The place had all the basics we needed, and the fridge was super handy for storing all the delicious street fruit we picked up.
