There is a massive garden where the accommodation is and you have often wild animals such as monkeys and peacocks in the area. You get a lot of privacy in the villa and ours was sparkling clean. We got delicious breakfast in the morning at reasonable and fair prices. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The bed is also very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The accommodation offers full-day security, room service and currency exchange for guests. I really enjoy this stay and especially the host. Udara was so helpful with everything. He arranged an incredible dinner for us (his mother cooked) and the breakfast was also awesome. He also played some UNO almost until midnight with us and we talked a lot about stuff in Sri Lanka and Yala especially. The vila is big and beautiful, the rooms are completely soundproof (the massive doors help a lot). Udara also hosts three snakes in a tree in the garden and they are so small and beautiful, and also harmless. He also went with us to a temple nearby and explained the history of it. The villa is gorgeous, plenty of space for the 5 of us. The whoops of joy as our kids explored the place said it all! Private pool, incredible food, attentive staff, wildlife all around. On our first evening, the guides took us to the red sand beach, about a 20 minute walk away. Very beautiful. You walk past a lake with baby crocs, can spot iguanas and other wildlife. Magical. We booked a safari through the hotel, the jeep was comfortable, and very reasonably priced. They packed us a breakfast to take with. The service was outstanding. We didn't want to leave.

At the villa complex, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Wild Lotus is a lovely family business and exceptional in their consideration of their guests needs. We were a multiple family group with young children and they provided delicious food as requested with consideration to allergies and child friendly meals. We loved the outdoor showers, large rooms and hammocks, and the accommodation was comfortable and clean with fly/ insect screens. We hope to return for a longer stay on our next visit to Sri Lanka.

This is the best place we have stayed so far in Sri Lanka! The couple who own it are so friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with a delicious passionfruit juice which we could enjoy in the beautiful garden. It’s so peaceful here, and you can see peacocks and varan lizards roaming around. The cabana is really nice and comfortable. The bed is comfy and the AC works. The bathroom was very spacious and everything was clean. There is even a fridge in the room which was handy. We also did our safari through them and Gayan was an amazing and very knowledgeable guide! Breakfast is also great. If we ever return to Sri Lanka we will definitely come back here!

My wife and I spent unforgettable days at the Eco Oasis Villa in Tangalle. I would call this place a perfect villa for romantic getaways — a true gift for the soul and body, nestled near the jungle, far from the road, surrounded by peace and quiet. The villa is located in a serene, secluded area, just a short walk from the beautiful Goyambokka Beach — just a few minutes' leisurely stroll and you find yourself on a superb beach with calm waters, which is quite rare for this coastline. This is our third year in the southern part of Sri Lanka, and what impressed us the most was that we felt like guests of the local flora and fauna — it was mesmerizing. We saw mongooses, peacocks, monkeys, and monitor lizards. The accommodation itself is cozy and stylish, decorated in a national eco-style with great attention to detail. High ceilings and panoramic windows! The tropical stone shower is spacious and beautifully designed. Everything was clean, spacious, and very thoughtfully arranged. We especially loved the lush green garden surrounding the villa — it felt like living in the middle of the jungle, but with all the comforts, especially with the lovely veranda. The host, Dilith, is incredibly hospitable and kind, speaks excellent English (which is rare here), and helped us with everything we needed. He arranged airport transfer for an extra fee, recommended great places nearby, and even treated us to fresh fruit and coconuts! If you're looking for a place to completely relax, feel connected to nature, and still enjoy comfort — Eco Oasis in Tangalle is the perfect choice. I also rented a Mahindra scooter from him for a reasonable price — it rides like a ship on the road, heavy and very stable. The powerful air conditioner, smart switches, and multi-function shower really surprised me. The blender, toaster, and both gas and electric stove were also very useful.
