We ended up staying here for a week because it was such a wonderful place to relax. The location is excellent for exploring the local area which is very beautiful and a welcome change of pace to the south of the island. We have been in Sri Lanka for 3 months and this was definitely the best accommodation we stayed at. We got regular messages from the host Kam checking everything was ok and if we needed anything. If your looking at exploring the Jaffna peninsula, I would highly recommend staying here.

They communicated well even before arrival and made sure there is no waiting for key collection, everything went smooth in a timely manner. It was such a peaceful stay after my rushed island tour. The garden and overall environment were wonderfully calm and quiet, allowing me to unwind completely and elevating my entire holiday experience. The Chapters was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating.

It is an inviting, spacious, hospitable place to stay with excellent facilities - kitchen especially but in truth, all rooms. Location - 15 mins taxi Palaly Int Airport; 5 mins drive Inuvil railway station; 10/15 mins drive Jaffna; 5 mins drive Chunnakam. The actual physical location is attractive in its serenity. Its located in a quiet lane on Manipay Road overlooking agricultural land owned/rented by smallholders. Noise and external interference is absolutely minimal.

Towels and bed linen are available in the villa. This is a beautiful home with a Moroccan feel. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Bathrooms nice with great water pressure. VJ welcomed us with a drink and in the morning prepared a beautiful western breakfast. A first time experience and he did it very well.

We can say now that it was everything we hoped for, and more. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a view of palm trees and greenery from the veranda. The woodwork, windows, furniture, decor are all gorgeous. The bedroom was very comfortable with top-notch A/C and shuttered windows that blocked out all light for a good night's sleep. Above all, our hosts were the best we ever had. They are caring, kind, considerate, warm people. We felt so cared for with the best food we've ever had in our Sri Lankan travels (at an amazing price), and their ongoing effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had great conversations about Sri Lankan culture and received many valuable tips about how to make the most of our time. Truly a beautiful family and stay. We could keep going on, but if you've read this far, just book it!!
