They communicated well even before arrival and made sure there is no waiting for key collection, everything went smooth in a timely manner. It was such a peaceful stay after my rushed island tour. The garden and overall environment were wonderfully calm and quiet, allowing me to unwind completely and elevating my entire holiday experience. The Chapters was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating.

Location - 15 mins taxi Palaly Int Airport; 5 mins drive Inuvil railway station; 10/15 mins drive Jaffna; 5 mins drive Chunnakam. The actual physical location is attractive in its serenity. Its located in a quiet lane on Manipay Road overlooking agricultural land owned/rented by smallholders. Noise and external interference is absolutely minimal.

Host stayed in the house with us but was super nice, brought us juice when we checked in and gave us an awesome breakfast.

They even cooked us a lovely meal, which made the stay feel even more special. The place was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and full of warmth. We never felt like guests—we felt like we were at home. Their kindness truly made our trip memorable. I still find myself missing the place and the people. I’m so grateful for this stay and would absolutely return. It's a bit difficult to find, but the host was kind enough to come to the main junction in a tuk tuk and guide us to the villa. The property is clean, with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning. Well worth the price and I would definitely come back.
