The washing machine and drying space was also a great addition for us after a week or so of moving about! Dinner and breakfast were included and were absolutely delicious home cooked Sri Lankan dishes, which we loved. The absolute highlight though was the level of attention from Udara, who is a phenomenal host. He organised our safari in advance (which was a fabulous experience) and made everything so easy. He made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive, and also took us to local beaches and guided us around to make sure we saw as much of the local area as we could. Highly recommend!

The villa specialises in a continental and American breakfast and breakfast in the room is also available. At O2 Villas Yala, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and high tea and serves Indian cuisine. This is the most fantastic place built around the trees and natural habitat on the outskirts of Yala national park. Everything was provided, the food was incredible and we were given a trip to the fishing village on the beach for sunset in their buggy with Suraj and Tilina. It was like a mini safari. We saw crocodiles, deer, tortoises wild boar and on the beach the boys showed us where the elephants had been earlier in the day, footprints still showing in the sand. Suraj and Tilina were both young but so knowledgeable and friendly. They provided us breakfast at 4am for our Yala safari and we can't thank them, and the manager enough for making us so welcome. Will definitely stay again if we return to Sri Lanka.

Boasting views of the lake, all units in the property come with private entrance and a pool with a view. At the villa complex, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. We stayed in the bungalow. It is huge and very comfortable. The pool is awesome. View from the water tower at Sunset was beautiful. BBQ night was very special in the yard with torches and a bonfire. Madu, his father and The team was extraordinary. Taking the kids fiddling in the pond, collecting chicken eggs and took us for a boat ride in Tissu lake for afternoon bird watching. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the nature. making it the ideal spot to cool down. The host is super friendly Also the prices are very affordable. We would come again here for our full day safari.

The property features river and garden views, and is 33 km from Situlpawwa. The villa also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Location for Yala safari. Owner made sure we had a breakfast packed for a very early departure (0430), and allowed us to quickly change and wash up before departing after our safari experience. Best deal I have ever had for a night’s stay. Very clean and roomy and comfortable!

Beautiful, we had the entire villa which included private pool and huge garden at the lake. Many birds and other animals. House has a great architecture with many open spaces. Family is wonderful and they cook delicious. Note that there is nothing around where you can walk to, so dont count on going anywhere ( anyway you dont really need to as everything is taken care of)

The staff were so friendly, and actually very supportive. They helped me pack breakfast for the safari and it's so delicious (but the breakfast we had there in the morning was on a far next level). They put heart in what they do, i.e the pleasant scent in our room, the mosquitoes sticks on the balcony, the little light/candles along the way,... so many other things I like. We made a good choice booking a safari tour with the hotel, their tour guide, China (yes his name is China) has been doing his job for 20 years so he knew the best about the safari. We were able to see the majestic leopard thanks to China 🥰

Towels and bed linen are featured in the villa. The villa is allergy-free and soundproof. This was the best accommodation we had during our one month trip in Sri Lanka. The hosts are extremely friendly and caring. If you want a good time just stay at this wonderful villa!

Loved the location, freedom, peace and service by the staff Mr. Fahim and his assistant. They never said no to any of our requests and arranged everything well beforehand. Loved the feeling of being in a kind of safari game lodge.
