The place is clean, the room is very big with an amazing outdoor/indoor shower. The service for the food was also super nice, always on time and the choice of food was very variegated. We also did the safari with them, which is 10/10 recommended. The price is the average but we were alone in the jeep, with a private guide and a driver. They made sure we were seeing every animal, explain to us everything while we were going around. Super recommended!

Owner made sure we had a breakfast packed for a very early departure (0430), and allowed us to quickly change and wash up before departing after our safari experience. Best deal I have ever had for a night’s stay. Very clean and roomy and comfortable!

Above all a splendid picnic breakfast was provided, which was provided early in morning at 430 am so that we can take it with us for the safari. Mosquito repellent was provided and it was useful.

Excellent, family-run resort with just 4 bungalows in a beautiful garden with a superb swimming pool & solarium area. The bungalow is lovely & spacious with a large bedroom, a huge bathroom and a lovely patio overlooking the pool for you to relax on. The bed was big and super comfy. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. The AC was effective and the WiFi worked well for us. The breakfasts were very tasty and we ate there twice in the evening, both times enjoying some excellent home cooked food. We really loved the quiet out of town location, but a tuk tuk into Tissa' takes less that 10 minutes. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and always with a smile on their faces, especially Niranji and Kumarra. They were also able to arrange a safari to Yala at a reasonable price - we had a great driver and the whole 6 seat jeep to ourselves. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and we would certainly recommend staying here.
