First of all, the host is a true gem, always responsive, incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Communication was easy, warm, and thoughtful. The house itself is cozy, spotless and beautifully decorated, you can really feel love and care put into every detail. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need (even things we don’t have at our home!:)) There’s also a fantastic restaurant just a couple of min away by car (or a pleasant 20 min walk) with amazing food and lovely staff.

On the hill overlooking Vianden only a 15 minute walk from the city center (a walk which initially looks more steep and challenging then it actually is) The cottage is very well equipped and was very clean. Although the location is slightly remote, it was very easy to find. The owner is very pleasant and friendly. If you want to go and explore Vianden and it's surroundings for a few days, We would definitely recommend staying at the Vianden cottage.
