The a/c was perfect during the hot weather and the owner was very accommodating. They were very kind to make the breakfast at 6:30am in the morning to suit our early departure.

The house was very spacious, way larger than we expected! Location: this is matter of what you need. For car-users this location is perfect - just behind Medina walls, but access by car is convenient, easy to get out of Marrakech if needed, parking available which might be an issue within Medina walls. Kitchen is well equipped. House is clean. Roof-top terrace was beautiful (and would serve perfectly in warmer season). Each room has air-conditioner to warm up rooms in February and probably to cool down later in summer. If I returned with family or friends to Marrakech, I would definitely consider this place again!

And while the riad is really, really nice, what made the stay that much better was Ali and his family that manage the house. These people will make you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. They create such a good and friendly atmosphere. They will help you anyway possible with anything you need. I can't say enough good things about this family. Now about the riad itself - it is completely renovated, everything is decorated tastefully. It is spotless clean. Everything you need is provided. Beds are big and comfy. There is a full kitchen if you want to use it. Close by are shops are good places to eat out. The souks are 10 mins away by foot. If you have the time, make sure to try the food the riad provides. Good communication with Mrs. Soraya upon arrival. During our stay Aziz has provided an excellent service. He prepared the breakfast, organised taxis when needed and even on a Sunday he looked for a place to print out our boarding cards.

Located a 15-minute drive from the center of Marrakesh, Villa Kristy offers design-style villas set in a 1.5-hectare park. It offers a swimming pool in its garden, a sun terrace and a large living room with a fireplace. Great atmosphere and welcome in the family run villa. The property has a large garden around the swimming pool with enough shade to shelter (yourself & kids) when the sun becomes unbearable. We really enjoyed the variety and taste of the home made food.
