The silence was nice. Towels provided, good bed. Nice shower. I collectef some wood there to get the fire burning inside the house. Washing machine available. Friendly person who gave us the keys. In the kitchen enough stuff to coock badic meals.

The view from the terraces is stunning 🤩 Mohamed Amine was very communicative, answered promptly any questions we had, and was very pleasant and kind. The house was spotless clean, comfy beds with a nice Moroccan touch with the deco and design. We stayed in July, and for those wondering about heat/AC; the house gets plenty of natural breeze all day. And there are ceilings fans and a portable fan if anyone needs it. We personally didn’t use them cus the natural breeze was enough. Thank you again to the Maison du Yacht team for being such amazing hosts, we will certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a perfect stay in Cabo Negro 🏖️

The old riads are nice but after some days we really enjoyed to stay in such a luxury house with a terrace with beautiful view. If we have chance to come back, we will take more time to enjoy the swimming pool and the fantastic empty beaches.

I booked the place for my parents since they wanted to stay close to the beach. It was just what they were looking for, they had a great time. The owner was super friendly, the apartment was very clean, and the sea view was amazing. I’ll definitely book it again!
