The farm is extraordinarily beautiful, the food is very healthy and the hosts do everything possible to make you feel good. The villa's pool is heated and is very relaxing. The restaurant and food were beyond expectations. Boyana, the villa manager, is a delightful person who does more than make you feel good, she delights you with her care. The nearby beach is beautiful (ploce). It is true that you need a car to travel to the city (budva) but this did not bother us. We traveled with our own car. We recommend this place for spending a wonderful vacation. The deer were very close to our hearts!

Every detail of the house was carefully thought out, and everything was of high quality. House: The location is perfect, just a 5-minute by car to the beaches. The garden is beautiful, with every flower thoughtfully placed. The interior is spotless and stylish — it felt like we were the very first guests using it. All the furniture and items are clean, elegant, and of great quality. Overall: Thanks to the house’s elegance and comfort, and the hosts’ warm hospitality, we felt completely at home. It’s definitely a place we would love to stay again, and we’re happy to have met Roman and Olga.

We had the most incredible and peaceful time at Villa Fotinia. The villa is overlooking Budva and is nested away in the mountains. Yugo went out of his way to ensure we had a smooth stay and even gave us cute souvenirs right before we checked out. The house is well stocked and has all the possible amenities you could need.
