The house is spacious, cozy and very clean. It is equipped with everything you might need. The location is fantastic as it is a very quiet area. The house is right by the sea and has its pontoon where you can sunbathe all day. There is a small shop around 150 meters from the house for essentials. This holiday home is worth every penny!

Holiday House Kotor, que tiene vistas a la ciudad, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y patio a unos 1,9 km de Playa de Kotor. Myself and friends loved this house. It is well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is a short walk from the old town and only a couple of minutes away from a supermarket. The main bus station is also accessible and we made use of this to visit Tivat and Lustica Bay. In particular, we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evenings taking in the sights and relaxing. There is plenty of storage space and the beds were very cosy. The host was great at communicating and making sure that everything was perfect by keeping in touch throughout the stay. They have also taken the time to put together an instruction booklet for different items in the house which we found very useful. There are plenty of channels on the television including ones to access premiere league football :) and the wifi has very good connection. We would love to stay here again should the opportunity present itself to visit Montenegro in future!

It is a holiday home with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Ideally located in the middle of Kotor and Tivat resorts, you can easily access all the resorts and beaches in the area. The very clean pool, the host Sanja a big-hearted host and the great view of the Bay of Kotor made our holiday unforgettable! We will be back!

Luxury Villa Boričić, que cuenta con vistas al mar, ofrece alojamiento con balcón y hervidor, y está a unos 2,2 km de Playa de Trsteno. The villa is simply amazing! This is the first time we have come to a place that is more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. The hostess and her family welcomed us with open arms, when we arrived they brought us trays of fruit and amazing pastries. The villa was clean, tidy and equipped to the highest standard and the hosts' availability for everything was simply wonderful. We will definitely be back to stay.

Old stone house Danka está en Kotor, a 2,3 km de Torre del Reloj, Kotor y a 2,4 km de Puerta del Mar – Entrada Principal, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, jardín y terraza. It was a lovely balance of traditional and functional, we had everything we needed, a lovely kitchen, very comfortable beds, and air conditioning. We loved that we only had to walk down the steps and we could jump into the sea. There was a gorgeous little local shop a few minutes away. We forgot we were tourists while we stayed here. We didn’t have a car, but there was a parking space, and it would be a perfect base to explore from. Danka, and her family were amazing, blew my mind how helpful they were.

Village House DIMS está a solo 9,1 km de Puerta del Mar – Entrada Principal y dispone de alojamiento en Kotor con jardín y zona de barbacoa, además de servicio de traslado gratuito. Our hosts have been very kind and polite! They offered us two bottle of wine as welcome to the house. There was also a little swimming pool very useful just to chill out watching the sunset. A perfect spot to watch the stars (there was also a telescope available in the house)! I would like to get back in the future.

Villa Tivat Bay View está en Kotor y ofrece un balcón con vistas al mar y a la montaña, además de piscina de temporada al aire libre, sauna y bañera de hidromasaje. The Villa is truly luxurious, rooms are well styled and beautifully designed. All bed are large and comfortable, linens good quality and furniture comfortable and stylish. We especially liked the extra touches such as full size toiletries in all the bathrooms and enough toilet paper for our entire stays and unlimited excellent quality coffee for the coffee machine. Also kitchen essentials, oil salt tea etc. It’s a 9min taxi into Kotor ( 10-15 Euros depending on time of night and traffic). The villa is quiet, secluded and as the pool self cleans there is no need for pool staff to visit. We had a truly relaxing stay and Demitre was really patient and understanding when we had difficulty with payment. Payment is with cash - better to bring with you as bank access can be limited.
