Many restaurants and shops nearby. Close to other beautiful beaches. Clean and cozy. Had all the amenities needed. Mrs. Claude was also very friendly and helpful.

River front view, watching boat come by, excellent and well equipped kitchen (even cooking oil and spices), huge semi private deck, with lounge chairs for outdoor relaxation, private the quite bedroom, everything I possibly need for a vacation stay is there. More importantly, the hosts are super nice and always want to help, they provided me with cold juice upon arrival (felt sooo good in a hot/humid day), and fresh baked bread in the morning. They are also very good in communication, timely and clearly. This is by far the best place I stayed in the two week of travel. I strongly recommend this place.

The place was very neat and clean. We were offered complimentary tea bags which was great given that I am a tea lover. The view from the swimming pool was cherry on the cake. The host was very responsive. No noisy neighbours, which is a plus. Loved the master bedroom's bathroom and walking closet. Very well equipped - Iron, Hair dryer, utensils, steamer, vertical steamer iron, lots of towels (even pool towels), hangers, dish washer, hair and body shower gel (2 in 1), bbq, oven and big fridge. Kudos to that! There was also many safety signs. Thank you for hosting us Mau Lakaz.

The location was exotic, very calm & quiet (other than the nice sound of waves on the beach). We visited all the sight-seeing places in Mauritius over 6 days, but the best part of our entire trip was our time at this beach villa. The place is kept neat and clean by the caretaker Gillen who comes everyday (except Sunday).

The location is simply incredible. We had a wonderful stay. The house was nice and clean, well equipped, and Stephanie was very sweet and took great care of us. We even got a late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy another lovely afternoon on the beach. Perfect to disconnect, relax and enjoy beautiful sunrise.

The place is just in a perfect location. We went there in February when it’s very hot in Mauritius. at this part of the island you get more winds and it was so good to have some fresh air coming in. The property is very clean. kitchen fully equipped with whatever is needed for self catering place. housekeeper Roma is great and was doing perfect job to keep everything clean every day. We had a lovely time from the begging (when manager Kathy met us and was very accommodating) until the day we have left. and we are already planning the trip for next year and this is the place we want to go back to.
