The hotel is located on beachfront property that was clean and private. To get to the hotel, you drive about 2 km through their plantain farm, which was beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and had a fan and AC. 10/10 would recommend! This was a great value for the price.

Very nice place , beautiful garden, nice pool, very nice rooms with hot shower AC and plenty of place. Own outside patio to sit. Good restaurant with breakfast and dinner. Staff was very nice and helpful. Close to center of village and walking distance from the ferry

Stunning views from both the lodges and the communal areas. Relaxed laid back feel. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Lovely setting for pool. Small village of Balgue down the hill was cute, with a lovey local cafe.

El bamboo is in a fantastic location on the shore of the lake in the lovely village of balgüe. The treehouse had everything we needed including a fully equipped kitchen and a fan to keep us cool. The garden surrounding the cabin was beautiful too. Che and Indira were great hosts, always around if you had a problem or needed a local recommendation! Make sure you head down to the lake shore for lovely sunsets behind the volcano Also comedor Isabel down the street had great food!

Everything is amazing! The location, the staff, the food, the events… It felt like paradise! It had very luxurious vibe to it which I really enjoyed. Definitely would recommend! <3

such a wonderful, peaceful stay! like a luxury California beach house in the jungle. Miguel was super friendly and helpful. The dogs are great, Alfa walked with me for 3 hours on a hike nearby.

Very friendly and helpfull owner, helped us organize our moped. Totaly hassle free! In the afternoon I mentipned by moped and next morni ng it was waiting for us. Even the price was better then we would achieve ourself. Thanks a lot. Everything is very close since Moyogalpa is a small village.

We really enjoyed our time here because of the beautiful hotel and garden, the nice pool, and overall very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There is lots of space to hang out and chill. We booked the 'luxury family room' without realising, it was really spacious and the airconditioning worked really well, and it was still not expensive. The staff is really friendly. The food is great (although a bit more pricey than elsewhere). Would have loved to have stayed longer! Be sure to book a massage!

the Staff are just incredibly nice, they make you feel very welcomed and at home, they are very proud of the views they have to the volcano in the hostel, and they should be because it is amazing! the room is good for the price but nothing luxurious. It is comfortable, safe and in a very good location!
