We had our stay in lodge 24 with a great open view first row next to the fields. Watching the sun go down while relaxing inside the warm jacuzzi. Much privacy at the lodge 24 without noise from neighbours or nearby roads. Very clean jacuzzi and with just a phone call they can adjust the temprature a bit if desired. As we had our stay with a 2 year old we had the temprature lowered a little bit which they can do remotely. During our week stay they refreshed the water inside the jacuzzi. If I didn’t have to go to work the next day we would have booked some extra days.

Furthermore, my daughter got an eye infection on the weekend and Roos was very helpful guiding us the appropriate hospital to attend. They also have a boat that you can rent for a few hours to go through the waterways at Giethoorn. Pls do it otherwise you will definitely regret it! There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The house is very cute and beautiful on the banks of canal with lush green front yard. From the house, it's just 10 min walk to Geithoorn canal village. The package included a Canoe our disposal. The property had all facilities, in terms of AC, Heater, kitchen accessories, TV, kids room. Entire house was ours. The hosts, Mrs.Anneke and Mr.Dick are so warm and friendly. Special to mention Mrs.Annekke dropped us early morning to Steenvijk station by her car, as our taxi booking was abruptly cancelled by the taxi Co and tere was no other option. This was great help by the host Mrs.Annekke, because of which we could catch our train from Steenvijk station for our onward journey. Would strongly recommend stay at Huisje Beukers.
