It was clean and clutter free when we arrived. The kitchen had good counter space and the basic dishes and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable and all the windows had shades so it was dark until the sun was well up. The bathroom is small but has shelves to hold toiletries. The view is beautiful!

The location was beautiful, we had a lovely walk down the country road and saw some wild horses, and the stars at night were quite magical. Amanda the host, was very friendly with her messaging which was really nice.

Waitangi Beach Unit B ligger i Paihia, 12 km fra Opua Forest, 18 minutters gang fra Waitangi Treaty Grounds og 1,5 km fra Paihia Harbour. Overnatningsstedet ligger 2,7 km fra Te Ti Bay Beach. Location was excellent, close to the beach and also a short drive to grocery store, restaurants, tourism attractions. Accomodation was well equiped for our needs, shower pressure was superb , beds and pillows were A+, extra blankets available and also plenty of towels. Highly recommend
