Jo offered us fresh eggs and apples from her farm and gave other useful advice. Beds clean and comfortable. We appreciated the laundry as we really needed it. Enjoyed some drinks on the porch at sunset, and coffee / breakfast. Cute ponies out the back!

Blue Thistle Cottages is 8 minutes' drive from the Te Anau Glow Worm Caves. It is 20 minutes' drive from Manapouri. Fiordland National Park is 31.1 km away. We loved our cottage and the views. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed great views. A very good spot for activities in the region and fit going to Milford Sound.

The kiwi batch is clean very warm and a close walk to the beach, shop and ferry terminal. The hosts were great to communicate with and very flexible. Lastly the beds are extremely comfortable 😍

It is in an excellent location, close to parks, attractions, services, grocery stores, gas stations - basically everything you need is close by. The house is very nicely appointed and decorated, and everything is very comfortable. It has a lot of windows and is raised a bit, which makes the views great. We loved our time here.

Great kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. We stayed with my family and my sister and niece, and there was plenty of space for us all.
